Some 5th rounders of note:

Jason Phillips of TCU goes to Baltimore.  He’s the ultimate try-hard dude who might not be explosive but will immediately contribute on special teams.

Kenny McKinley of South Carolina goes to Denver, and he could become the #3 or #4 WR right away.  He’s sudden in his routes, his hands are consistent, and he runs well after the catch.  He fell as part of what seems to be a South Carolina panic as all their guys are plummeting for reasons beyond us.

Jarett Dillard rocks the casbah.

Nic Harris played safety at OU but he might project as more of a LB in the pros.  He looks very quick and sharp when he breaks on the ball.
